• be registered for the 2022 FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Challenge presented by Sun Life before August 12, 2022, at midnight;
• be a resident of Canada;
• be over 18 years old;
• FitSpirit employees and their family members are not eligible for the contest.

The draw will take place on Sunday, August 14, in Montreal at 5 p.m. The winner will be contacted by phone, and her name will be revealed on the private Facebook group of the Challenge.

The prize must be claimed no later than August 31, 2023, by booking online at www.aircanada.com by entering a promotional code in the box provided.

1. To participate in the contest, you must be registered for the FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Challenge. Registration for the challenge is free and each participant aged 18 and over, residing in Canada has a chance to win.
2. Registration for the FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Challenge must be completed at fitspirit.ca/challenge.
3. The deadline to enter the contest is August 12, 2022 at midnight.
4. To designate the winner, a random draw will be made among all registered participants. The price is as follows: Two (2) Economy Class round trip promotional tickets for travel to the Air Canada destination of your choice in our worldwide network. Tickets are valid for travel on Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge scheduled flights only (not valid on Star Alliance partners or code sharing carriers). Space is subject to availability in M (Economy) Class at time of booking, and all travel is to be completed by August 31, 2023.
5. The prize will be awarded on August 14 at 5 p.m. in Montreal and the winner will be contacted by phone.
6. The name of the winner will then be revealed on the event's private Facebook group page.
7. The prize (2 plane tickets) can be reserved online at www.aircanada.com by entering a promotional code in the box provided for this purpose, before August 31, 2023. A promotional code will be sent to the winner. FitSpirit will send the winner an official letter from Air Canada confirming their prize.

**CONDITIONS:
Tickets are valid for scheduled Air Canada, Air Canada Express and Air Canada Rouge flights. They cannot be accepted for flights on Star Alliance carriers or for codeshare flights operated by other carriers. Seats are subject to availability in M (Economy) class at the time of booking and travel must end no later than August 31, 2023.

• All applicable fees, such as airport/departure taxes, security charges or other third party fees, taxes or charges are included.
• Once your ticket has been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed. However, a change to the flight time, and/or travel date is permitted. Please go to aircanada.com, select “My Bookings/Flights” and make your change. A change fee per ticket may apply.
• Your ticket is not transferable, not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• Frequent flyer mileage accumulation is not permitted.
• Stopovers or multi-city itineraries are not permitted.
• Tickets are valid for travel in Economy Class only; upgrades are not permitted (paid or otherwise).
• Entry into the Signature Suite is not permitted.
• Promotional pass recipients may be held liable to Air Canada for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their tickets or for the fraudulent use of those tickets.
• Your promotional code may not be distributed or sold, or otherwise used for commercial or personal gain, other than for the purpose for which it is intended. Air Canada reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotional code at our discretion. Any violation of these conditions may be subject to cancellation of the promotional code, of any booking made using this promotional code, and/or to any legal or other recourse available for the recovery of damages suffered or costs, expenses or loss incurred as a result of such prohibited use.
