Being parent is also to become a role model for our children. They catach on to our ever move. I’m very fortunate that I have an amazing 6 year old daughter that also motivates me to the be the best version of myself. With her high energy and her willpower to try new things that im not always in for. It`s easier to have the incentive to move!
