What motivates me to collect funds for Fitspirit? Knowing the importance of sport and how sports help shape our lives in many ways. Entering the sport as a young girl, the sport of ringette has helped shaped my mental and physical well-being at each stage of my life. I continue to play ringette to this day and actively coach within the local community. I'm thankful for the opportunity to be a role model and inspire teenage girls to be more active.
