About team EY

FitSpirit is pleased to present this team's leader as part of the 2022 edition of the FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Challenge:

Kimrang Te
Partner

Ready for any challenge

When faced with a sporting challenge, Kimrang always accepts it eagerly. She has a decidedly competitive side to her. So, no challenge ever seems too great. She also seeks out new ways of staying active to foster a sense of togetherness in her family and colleagues at work.

When she was young, Kimrang was active, but she preferred sports that stimulated her artistic side, like classical ballet, gymnastics, and figure skating. It was not until she was an adult that she turned to gym training. However, no matter the activity, staying healthy has always been a core value, one she really wanted to instill in her children when she became a mother.

Naturally, she has always encouraged her three kids to take part in sports themselves, so they too can discover the fun and benefits that come from being active. One great example is the FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Challenge. For Kimrang, it is an excellent opportunity to model healthy behaviour and practice what she preaches. It is also just a great way to spend time with her girls.

"By taking part in the FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Challenge, I hope to inspire other girls to become more active because it’s beneficial for their health! Physical activities help me deal with my stress and challenge myself. And I love that, too!" – Kalyane, 8 years old

"I like when my mom signs me up for an activity because I enjoy being active. With dance and figure skating, I get to express my creativity and, on top of that, I get to meet new friends!" – Kanitha, 6 years old
