Leadership guided by passion
With nearly two decades of professional experience in communication and business management, Mylène possesses all the qualities of positive leadership. Her passion and dedication inspire everyone who is privileged enough to work with her.
Sport has always been a part of this accomplished professional’s life, who has even practiced the flying trapeze for several years. Sports and physical activity have taught Mylène about discipline and teamwork. These qualities have contributed significantly to the progression of her career. Additionally, she believes that regular exercise is the best way to counter the effects of work-related stress.
FitSpirit’s mission is close to Mylène’s heart. For her, the FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Challenge provides the perfect opportunity to get involved with one of her favourite organizations while sharing a memorable experience with her two young daughters, Danika and Chloé.
"For me, sport is the most important thing in my life. I like being part of the FitSpirit family to encourage all young girls my age to discover the benefits of sport." – Danika, 14 years old
"I really like spending the weekend with my mother and my sister to exercise outside. It was through FitSpirit that I got started running." – Chloé, 11 years old
Mylène considers herself lucky to be as passionate about her job today as she was 20 years ago. She is proud to have persevered despite the challenges she faced in climbing the ladder of her industry. Furthermore, Mylène is actively involved in her community. She is currently on the board of directors of the Fondation Philou.
